La location du lieu en configuration studio photo peut se faire à la carte avec location de matériel en plus du matériel de base inclus dans le tarif.

L’espace est un ancien atelier très lumineux grâce à des velux et de larges verrières. Les murs sont blancs et le un sol gris en béton ciré. 
À deux pas de la rue de Charonne, cet espace facilement accessible permet également, d’organiser de nombreux événements , showroom ou ventes privées.
