Elégant loft dans maison d'artiste

I am a professional musician, lyric artist and harpist and I offer to host companies during the day for seminars, workshops, conferences, shootings or filming in my artist's house in Romainville. I own a large, bright and quiet loft, converted into a music room, opening onto a large glass roof with patio. This atypical space is equipped with a solid oak stage with a Pleyel upright piano, projectors and a theater curtain with about thirty chairs. This space is ideal for business presentations or brainstorming. It opens onto a cozy entrance with a checkroom and ends with a workshop or office and a double bedroom equipped with an adjoining bathroom as additional space for those who require it. The loft is composed of a large open kitchen with an extendable table overlooking a library. In the back there is a sitting area with sofas overlooking a pleasant flowered patio. The place is used for concerts and musical rehearsals and is equipped with many chairs. A large white wall allows the projection of films in the main room.

Precision access : My house is located in Romainville, at the gates of Paris, so parking is very easy and free in front of and on my street. For the pedestrians, the access is done by the subway (lines 9 and 11) then by a bus (322, 120 or 105) serving my place very well. Two subway stations (line 11) are coming in early 2023 on both sides of my house, accessible by foot in 5 minutes.
