This highly atypical space, located just 5 minutes' walk from Place de la République, has been completely redesigned to accommodate all your business activities, from meetings to seminars, for both small and large groups!

This large loft with glass roof and interior garden comprises a large ground floor and a light-filled souplex with a total surface area of 320m2. What's more, it's an atypical, fully modular venue that can meet all your needs for meeting rooms, film locations, event space and more.

This Parisian loft has been fitted out with functional designer furniture, and several rooms are available for meetings and seminars, workshops, training courses, product presentations and productions of all kinds, film shoots and photo shoots.

The first floor features a large, cosy lounge with sofas and armchairs to create a warm atmosphere, a winter garden illuminated and enhanced by a large glass roof over twelve meters high, and an ultra-modern open kitchen designed to host chefs and all kinds of culinary teambuilding activities. A glass parterre of over 30m2 has been laid out to bring chic & light to the souplex, accessible by 2 separate staircases or via a large slide.

This second level, over 160m2 in size, offers a host of possibilities and different atmospheres. Four ultra-modular spaces have been created so you can do it all:

• a library, calm and trendy, adaptable as a meeting room with a large touch-sensitive wall screen, where up to 15 people can meet in plenary session, or in smaller groups at a table or in comfort format in the armchairs,
• a SportsRoom, also equipped with a large touch screen and FlipBoard (electronic paperboard), where you can gather up to 15 people, or more if you open the central glass roof,
• an ingenious FabLab in a more industrial setting, where you can work and tinker together; you can evolve in the same way as in the SportsRoom, creating a plenary of over 50 people by opening the bay window!
• Last but not least, the ultra-design Playground can be used to seat up to 8 people around a table, or to organize a plenary meeting in theater format. This space is ideal for breaks, where you can relax with table soccer, billiards or a ball pool overlooking the bar!

In short, it's the perfect space for renting meeting rooms, for organizing small or large meetings, for your film location rentals, with its multiple atmospheres & finally, as an event space if you want to rent an exceptional loft! RIDERS welcome to the site benefit from the calm of the neighborhood, and must respect it in return. They must not create any nuisance in this remarkable family environment.
