Il y a 3 options de privatisation avec le matériel photo sans photographe :
- espace avec petit fond (fond blanc de 1,35m de large, recul 4m, pour portrait/nature morte/packshot, photo 1) : 400€ HT la journée | 240€ HT la demi-journée
- espace avec grand fond (fond blanc de 2,71m de large, recul 6m, pour photo en pied/groupe/lookbook, photos 2 et 3) : 500€ HT la journée | 300€ HT la demi-journée
- tout le local (73 m², décoration chaleureuse vintage et upcycling) : 600€ HT la journée | 350€ HT la demi-journée

La location avec le petit ou le grand fond est séparé de la partie café de manière souple. Vous aurez votre espace à vous et pour vos affaires.

Cécile, fashion photographer, has thought up flexible rental offers and is ready to listen to your needs: space rental with equipment (Godox QS600ii flash), with or without photographer, with or without DA, with or without make-up.

There are 3 privatization options with photo equipment without photographer:
- space with small background (white background 1.35m wide, set back 4m, for portrait/ still life/packshot, photo 1): 400€ HT per day | 240€ HT per half-day
- space with large background (white background 2.71m wide, set back 6m, for full-length photo/group/lookbook, photos 2 and 3): 500€ HT per day | 300€ HT per half-day
- entire premises (73 m², warm vintage and upcycling decor): 600€ HT per day | 350€ HT per half-day

Rental of the small or large area is flexibly separated from the café area. You'll have your own space for you and your business.

In order to help your clients picture themselves et your space, we strongly encourage you to  structure your description as follows:

**1.** Write a short introduction that contextualizes your space: what is the neighbourhood like? What is the space’s look and feel? What are it’s main characteristics?

*Example : This house is located in the 10th disctrict of Paris (close to the Jemmapes docks). It boasts of a large atrium opening on to a 200 sqm garden not overlooked, which gives the impression of being in the countryside! This unique place in Paris is ideal for all your professional activities like workshops, seminars, events, productions…*


**2.** Describe the place in itself: How is it broken down? What furniture and equipment is included in the rental of the main work/living area.

*Example: The house is divided in 4 main areas:*
*In the basement: a gameroom + a storage room and a cloakroom*
*On the ground floor : a living room opening on the atrium with an open kitchen with all the necessary utensils for an in-house chef*
*On the first floor: a relaxation room with two small rooms for 6 to 10 pax seated*
*On the 2nd floor: you will find a meeting room with 3 oval tables seating 20 people*
