This apartment is officially authorized for short-term rental in Paris. The apartment is on the first floor, soundproofed and out of sight. Renovated in 2018 by an architect, it will welcome you in a modern, cosy atmosphere with new furniture!

Fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room: hob, fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle, Harman/Kardon wireless sound system.

The living room features a 2-seater 130x90 sofa-bed, which can comfortably accommodate an adult or 2 children.

• Second floor (15m2):

a spacious bedroom with a queen-size bed equipped with a mattress topper for optimum comfort. 2 trundle beds fold out from under the bed to accommodate your children for the night. Occasionally, they can comfortably accommodate one or 2 adults (70x190cm), but beware: once the beds are folded away, there's very little room left to move around the room!

A large made-to-measure closet to make you feel at home

A bathroom with a large Italian-style shower (rainfall effect, hand shower, massage jets). This space has been specially designed for optimum comfort!

For your privacy, the toilet is separate.
