Hello, the place I'm proposing is where I live and work. It's an artist's studio in the heart of the Paris of painters, writers and musicians: Bonnard, Vuillard, Monet, Stefan Zweig, Maurice Allais, Berlioz, Chopin... You'll discover it at the bend of a cobbled, flower-filled courtyard, at the top of a 4-storey walk-up. The light-filled, 5.50-metre-high living room welcomes you with its piano, large table, fireplace and overmantel, while the open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen provides extra space for your culinary filming projects, for example. A huge bay window opens onto a balcony overlooking the garden. The space also boasts a beautiful sleeping area with two bedrooms, one of which is a master suite featuring a beautiful bathroom with designer bathtub. The Montmartre bell tower in the distance. You're close to Gare Saint-Lazare and line 14 to Gare de Lyon. Theaters, cabarets like the Moulin Rouge, cafés, restaurants and museums are all nearby. I'll be delighted to prepare breakfasts or lunches for you, so that your working day is not interrupted in this charming location.
