Charming studio on courtyard with private terrace

This large studio in a charming courtyard in the heart of the Belleville/Goncourt district has its own private outdoor space with table, chairs and plants.

The apartment is located in the 10th arrondissement between the Belleville and Goncourt metros, a 10-minute walk from République.

We use the apartment as an office ourselves, and it's a great place to work alone or with others, with the option of using the outdoor terrace for lunch, a break in the sun or a coffee break.

The table can seat up to 4 people, ideal for small team meetings. A large, fully-equipped office with plenty of space for individual work is also available.

The apartment is a large, warm and quiet studio, with a kitchen area equipped with oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and dishwasher. And a bedroom/bedroom area.

The apartment is equipped with fiber optics, a printer and, of course, free coffee and tea.

For a few hours or a day, the space is particularly suitable for a meeting, a workshop, a casting, recording a podcast or running a training course. The courtyard is very quiet and pleasant, with many "creative" offices (photo/mode/creative agencies).
