This large projection and meeting room (65 m2 - 7th floor) is located above the beech trees lining the Seine quays of the Pont Mirabeau, with a breathtaking view of the Eiffel Tower.
First and foremost, it's a pleasant place to live, spacious, airy and very bright, opening up horizons to take in the sights, reflect and excite your creativity in an atmosphere of well-being. An ideal place to get together after months of telecommuting!
Equipped with an included video projector, the space is perfect for business meetings with presentations, seminars, brainstorming sessions, project meetings, photo shoots, team building, training sessions...
Recently refurbished, the space is fully modular. It comprises a large extendable table seating up to 12 people (270x90) + 1 additional table seating 8 people (180x90) + 1 additional side table seating 6 people (160x75) (i.e. up to 20-22 people at 1 "table" or 26 at two tables), a comfortable lounge area (large 5-6-seater sofa + 3-seater sofa + footstool + Eames armchair) seating a further 9-11 people, a large office (seats 4 more.), an open-plan kitchen-bar (seating for 3 more) and a long, plant-filled balcony.
Entirely modular, the space can be set up in many different ways (meeting table, amphitheater, work islands, etc.) for screenings, brainstorming meetings, team building, working lunches, depending on your needs.
It has already accommodated up to 25-30 people max. in amphitheater mode, and 14 to 18 around the large tables + 15 spread over the other seats.
A dressing room is also available, as is 1 parking space in an optional box (€25/d).

You get the feeling you're entering an inhabited space. Surprising! A pleasant place, despite the noise caused by Parisian traffic.
For our 2-day meeting with 12 people, Marc's apartment was perfect. Very well located, very well laid out, we were able to recreate spaces for our different work phases. The equipment was perfect (video projector, speakers, large tables, etc.) and the organization was simple (handing over of keys, communication with Marc, etc.). I advise you to organize your meetings in this apartment.
