Situé dans une ancienne usine, le loft a été aménagé en conservant son esprit industriel : patine d’origine, structures Eiffel... Doté d’une verrière à structure métallique, ce lieu unique à Paris constituera la toile de fond idéale pour vos tournages. Un spider-man grandeur nature vous surveillera du haut de la verrière :) 

Ce loft se compose :
- d’une cuisine avec équipement professionnel : rôtissoire, piano, îlot central (en zinc), plonge, lave-vaisselle, machine à café en grain ou en capsule...
- d’un espace salle à manger avec grande table industrielle pouvant accueillir 12 convives assis.
- d’un espace salon avec canapés, cheminée (possibilité de la faire fonctionner), babyfoot, télévision...
- d’un équipement sonore professionnel : table de mixage vintage, micro à pied, platine, 10 enceintes reparties dans le loft.

Un bouledogue français vit dans ce lieu, si vous en avez besoin comme figurant, ça peut s’envisager :)

This loft is located in the 17th arrondissement of Paris, in the backyard of a shopping street. Located in a former factory, the loft has been fitted out in keeping with its industrial spirit: original patina, Eiffel structures... Featuring a metal-framed glass roof, this unique Parisian location is the ideal backdrop for your film shoots. A life-size Spider-Man will be watching over you from the top of the glass roof :)

This loft comprises :
- a professionally-equipped kitchen: rotisserie, piano, central island (in zinc), dishwasher, bean-to-cup coffee machine...
- a dining area with a large industrial table for 12 seated guests.
- a lounge area with sofas, fireplace (can be made to work), table soccer, television...
- professional sound equipment: vintage mixing desk, stand microphone, turntable, 10 speakers distributed throughout the loft.

A French bulldog lives in the loft, so if you need one as an extra, it's possible :)

**1.** Write a short introduction that contextualizes your space: what is the neighbourhood like? What is the space’s look and feel? What are it’s main characteristics?

It boasts of a large atrium opening on to a 200 sqm garden not overlooked, which gives the impression of being in the countryside! This unique place in Paris is ideal for all your professional activities like workshops, seminars, events, productions…*


**2.** Describe the place in itself: How is it broken down? What furniture and equipment is included in the rental of the main work/living area.

*Example: The house is divided in 4 main areas:*
*In the basement: a gameroom + a storage room and a cloakroom*
*On the ground floor : a living room opening on the atrium with an open kitchen with all the necessary utensils for an in-house chef*
*On the first floor: a relaxation room with two small rooms for 6 to 10 pax seated*
