The apartment is located 1 minute's walk from Gare Montparnasse and 4 minutes' walk from the Montparnasse metro station (lines 4, 6, 12, 13) and Gaité (line 13), and close to shopping districts such as rue de Gaité with its many quality restaurants.
The apartment is traversant and therefore very bright all day long.
One side overlooks rue Commandant René Mouchotte, the other the magnificent Atlantique garden.

*Example: The house is divided in 4 main areas:*
