• L'espace Magellan( floor -1): 200m2 stage, equipped with a professional control room, video projector, audio equipment with 4 microphones and speakers, touch screens, etc. Maximum capacity is 120 people in plenary format. Rates for full-day rental are 2'900€ HT, and 1'950€ HT for half-day rental.
• Espace Lumière (5th floor): 250m2 stage, equipped with video projector, audio equipment with 3 microphones and speakers, touch screens, etc. Maximum capacity is 75 people for plenary sessions. The rate for day rental is 4'900€ HT, and 3'300€ HT for half-day rental.
• Espace Verrière (ground floor): 100m2 stage, equipped with a speaker system with 3 microphones, touch screens, etc. Maximum capacity: 100 people in cocktail format. This space is available for private hire only in the evening. The rate for evening rental is €3,300 excluding VAT.
• Espace Lumière and Rooftop (5th and 6th floor): L'espace Lumière, 250m2 stage, equipped with video projector, audio equipment with 3 microphones and speakers, touch screens, etc. Maximum capacity is 100 people for cocktails. The 80m2 Rooftop, equipped with outdoor furniture. The maximum capacity of the rooftop is 75 people. This space is available for private hire only in the evening. The rate for evening rental of the 2 spaces is €5,500 excluding VAT.
• The podcast studio (floor -1): 20m2 with professional equipment (microphones, flat screen, cameras, LED panels, projector), ideal for producing all types of content, podcasts, videos, streaming... All your wildest content can be produced. Capacity: 4 people on set and 1 person in control room. Rates for full-day rental are 800€ HT, and 500€ HT for half-day rental.
