Cette grande salle de 150m² peut être modulée afin d'accueillir entre 30 et 80 personnes selon la disposition. Elle est équipée d'une connexion WIFI, d'un paperboard et d'un accès à un espace de pause.

La salle est disponible pour un minimum d'une demi-journée, du lundi au samedi de 9h à 22h. L'accès à l'établissement est facilité grâce à la proximité des stations de métro Saint-Paul (ligne 1) et Bréguet Sabin (ligne 5) 

## Ideal place for your big events in the heart of Paris

Organize your business events, meetings, presentations, training and receptions in Paris in the 4th arrondissement. This modern and very bright space is ideal and located just a stone's throw from the Place des Vosges.

This large 150m² room can be modulated to accommodate between 30 and 140 people depending on the layout. It is equipped with a WIFI connection, a flipchart and access to a break area.

The room is available for a minimum of half a day, Monday to Sunday from 9am to 9pm. Access to the establishment is easy thanks to its proximity to the Saint-Paul (line 1) and Bréguet Sabin (line 5) metro stations.

In order to help your clients picture themselves et your space, we strongly encourage you to  structure your description as follows:

**1.** Write a short introduction that contextualizes your space: what is the neighbourhood like? What is the space’s look and feel? What are it’s main characteristics?

*Example : This house is located in the 10th disctrict of Paris (close to the Jemmapes docks). It boasts of a large atrium opening on to a 200 sqm garden not overlooked, which gives the impression of being in the countryside! This unique place in Paris is ideal for all your professional activities like workshops, seminars, events, productions…*


**2.** Describe the place in itself: How is it broken down? What furniture and equipment is included in the rental of the main work/living area.

*Example: The house is divided in 4 main areas:*
*In the basement: a gameroom + a storage room and a cloakroom*
*On the ground floor : a living room opening on the atrium with an open kitchen with all the necessary utensils for an in-house chef*
*On the first floor: a relaxation room with two small rooms for 6 to 10 pax seated*
*On the 2nd floor: you will find a meeting room with 3 oval tables seating 20 people*
