Duplex de 83m2 (100m2 au sol) situé au 1er et dernier étage d'un petit immeuble sans ascenseur, il est sans vis-à-vis, lumineux et au calme absolu.

Le premier niveau offre une belle entrée qui dessert un vaste séjour de 42 m² avec cheminée, offrant une hauteur sous plafond de 4m20, une cuisine équipée semi-ouverte, une chambre avec dressing et une salle de douche, ainsi qu'une salle de bains avec baignoire et WC. 
Le séjour dispose d'une grande verrière exposée sud est.

À l'étage on trouve une bibliothèque, une deuxième chambre et un bureau (ou chambre d'appoint).

This 83m2 duplex apartment (100m2 floor space) is located on the 1st and top floor of a small building with no elevator, and is unoverlooked, bright and absolutely quiet.

The first level features a beautiful entrance hall leading to a vast 42m2 living room with functional fireplace and 4m20 high ceilings, a semi-open fitted kitchen, a bedroom with dressing room and shower room, as well as a bathroom with bath and WC.
The living room has a large glass roof facing south-east.

Upstairs is a library, a second bedroom and an office (or spare bedroom).

*On the ground floor : a living room opening on the atrium with an open kitchen with all the necessary utensils for an in-house chef*
