Un appartement spacieux et lumineux, entièrement tourné vers un grand jardin verdoyant au coeur de paris. Chaque pièce a accès au jardin.

A l'extérieur : une impession de campagne en plein paris , sans aucun vis à vis, une grande terrasse en bois et jardin (pelouse, arbres, fleurs, moineaux...) . Une grande table, un coin salon de jardin avec un canapé, des fauteuils et des chaises longues pour profiter du soleil.

A l’intérieur : un espace cosy et lumineux. Un grand salon et salle à manger avec une baie vitrée qui donne sur le jardin. Une grande cuisine séparée Deux chambres Une salle de bain et un wc.

L'appartement se situe dans une jolie impasse du quartier Oberkampf. Proche de tous les commerces et de l’animation de la rue Oberkampf et jean pierre Timbaud. A 10 min à pieds du haut marais.

Possibilité de faire des réunions avec une quinzaine de personnes, des repas conviviaux en intérieur ou extérieur.

The apartment is on the ground floor of a safe and secure building in a paved ‘no through road’. The windows have roller shutters. There are no stairs so it is easily accessible for toddlers and those with strollers. A secured parking space is also available. There is good WiFi throughout the apartment, and a washer/dryer is available. For those interested in borrowing bikes, the hosts might be able provide.

The residence has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom set over 1 floor. The main living area is open plan with a cozy corner sofa, armchairs and large sliding glass doors out to the garden at one end, and a large dining table seating 6 at the other. There is a separate fully equipped kitchen with everything a guest would expect, including a dishwasher. The 2 bedrooms both open out to the garden (via lockable doors). The primary has a queensize bed and desk space while the kids’ bedroom has 2 singe beds or 2 cribs (it cannot sleep 4 but the hosts can set it up as you wish to sleep 2 kids) with a desk, bean bag, bookshelves and toys. The shared family bathroom has a soaking tub. Outside there is a spacious garden, partly lawned and partly decked providing terrace space with a sofa set, and a dining table seating 4.

Every room has a window on the garden creating a feeling of peace and tranquility throughout. We love the living room’s floor to ceiling glass doors, drawing in a welcome breeze in the summer and pretty garden views all year round.

This residence is located on a quiet residential street in Paris' 11th arrondissement with several food stores, restaurants and cafes/bars a few minutes’ walk away from the apartment. There are 2 metro stations offering fast connections to the city center just 5 minutes’ walk. Belleville Park, offering spectacular views over the city on a clear day, is 10 minutes on foot or a 15 minute stroll will get you to the famous Père-Lachaise cemetery, the final resting place of Oscar Wilde, Jim Morrison and Chopin. The hip/arty neighborhoods of The Marais and Canal St Martin are a 15 – 20 minute walk, as are the Place de la Republique and the Place de la Bastille.
