Avec sa lumière traversante, le studio est idéal pour une lumière naturelle, mais possède des rideaux occultants permettant également le flash ou la lumière continue. Sa belle hauteur sous-plafond offre un espace confortable et chaleureux, dans une ambiance industrielle / haussmannienne, décoré avec soin, avec sa verrière de style "Mondrian" et son parquet, moulures et cheminées (décoratives !).

Le Studio est équipe d'un plateau de shooting de 50m2, d'une cuisine équipée, d'un coin salon, d'une loge maquillage 2 places, d'une douche.

Disponible pour vos expositions, showrooms, shootings photo, tournage vidéo, pop-up stores ou événements professionnels.

Located in the Haut Marais district, a stone's throw from the Marché des Enfants Rouges, Studio LFDM nestles on the 1st floor of a discreet building in a very quiet street.
With its through-lighting, the studio is ideal for natural light, but has blackout curtains to allow flash or continuous light. The high ceilings provide a warm, comfortable space with an industrial/Haussmannian feel, decorated with care and featuring a Mondrian-style glass roof, parquet flooring, moldings and (decorative!) fireplaces.

Studio LFDM is equipped with a 50m2 shooting platform, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lounge area, a 2-seat make-up dressing room and a shower.

Available for exhibitions, showrooms, photo shoots, video shoots, pop-up stores or professional events.

**1.** Write a short introduction that contextualizes your space: what is the neighbourhood like? What is the space’s look and feel? What are it’s main characteristics?

*Example : This house is located in the 10th disctrict of Paris (close to the Jemmapes docks). It boasts of a large atrium opening on to a 200 sqm garden not overlooked, which gives the impression of being in the countryside! This unique place in Paris is ideal for all your professional activities like workshops, seminars, events, productions…*


**2.** Describe the place in itself: How is it broken down? What furniture and equipment is included in the rental of the main work/living area.

*Example: The house is divided in 4 main areas:*
*In the basement: a gameroom + a storage room and a cloakroom*
*On the ground floor : a living room opening on the atrium with an open kitchen with all the necessary utensils for an in-house chef*
*On the first floor: a relaxation room with two small rooms for 6 to 10 pax seated*
*On the 2nd floor: you will find a meeting room with 3 oval tables seating 20 people*
