Unique offices industrial style, located on Rue de Nice, between the subway stations Charonne and Alexandre Dumas. The offices are located on the ground floor, and gifted with massive windows to let the sunshine in. The street is quiet and offers a lot of parking options. The neighborhood is well doted in restaurants.
The offices include a big main room with two large tables and approximately fifteen chairs for meetings. In the other floor an equivalent-size room includes a small kitchen, some restrooms and a large meeting room with a video-projector and a sound-system. There are in total three simultaneous workspaces.
The offices are fully equipped, include fibre-optic wifi and the company staff is available for any requests.

The place is very pleasant and well located. The welcome was very good. The working equipment is of good quality (wifi, overhead projector, number of sockets). On the other hand, the seating isn't very good and isn't suitable for all-day meetings (uncomfortable, some chairs broken, the bench is broken too). That's the only thing I'd like to see changed to make it perfect!

The location is ideal: spacious, functional, bright, easily accessible in a quiet street and very well situated. Communication with Laureline was fluid and she was available throughout the rental process. Everything was in place to make our day run smoothly. I can only recommend this place!
