Space rental:
- 275 € HT per half-day (4 hours rental from 8:30 am to 6:30 pm)
- 375 € excl. tax per day (8 hours' rental from 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.)
- 375 € HT evening (6 hours rental from 7pm to 1am) (tea, coffee and mineral and sparkling water included)
The space is fully accessible to people with reduced mobility (PRM).
Access to this attractive multi-purpose meeting room is very quick thanks to the Charonne and Voltaire (line 9) or Faidherbe Chaligny (line 8) metro stops. This space can be rented for 4 hours or more.

Espace cosy et à la décoration soignée, bien situé et facile d'accès. Très bien équipé, il est très agréable d'y travailler. Le contact avec Philippe est facile et efficace ! Attention au nombre de participants, nous étions 5 donc pas de problème, mais à partir de 10 personnes je pense que cela peut faire juste si on a besoin de se déplacer.
Disons que pour 6 personnes en formation, ce lieu serait très adapté, mais pas pour 15 personnes !

Excellent welcome from Philipe. The space is extremely well equipped (post-it notes, flipchart paper, felt pens, fixing paste, easy-to-use overhead projector, etc.). We lacked nothing. Definitely a space I'd recommend for a work group.
The space is great and so are the services! Everything went smoothly, from booking with Philippe via Office Riders, to welcoming you on site. The space is a little tight for 15 people when the tables are L-shaped. We'll be happy to come back with a smaller group. :-)
