The old faubourg workshop

This apartment in the heart of the 10th arrondissement, between Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est, is located in a large building that once housed garment workshops. You'll love its warmth and spaciousness. Its antique parquet flooring and numerous windows overlooking a courtyard and former workshops give this building a warm, friendly atmosphere.

• Fully equipped, it is in the immediate vicinity of a large number of transport links, and is ideal for reaching airports or other Paris stations.

• Located in a lively, family-friendly neighborhood, it's close to one of Paris's finest covered markets, the Marché Saint-Quentin, which guarantees a quality lunch break, with fresh produce prepared to order, either on site or delivered by us to suit your tastes.

• The neighborhood is packed with restaurants ranging from traditional bistros to the latest vegetarian, gluten-free, exotic and other culinary nuggets. The choice is endless!

• The main room is equipped with a large meeting table ready to accommodate 4 to 8 people.
• Another small table is available for 1-2 people.
• The living room is equipped with 2 sofas and a club chair for 5 to 7 people.
• A little further away, we offer a work area with a large desk equipped with 2 screens and a printer with wifi access.
• The original kitchen, painted in Klein blue, invites you to relax and enjoy a change of scenery. Separate from the main room, it is fully equipped and has a snack table. It allows 4 people to work more quietly if required.
• This space can also accommodate all meal logistics, without disturbing the team in the living room.
• All in all, the apartment can accommodate up to 20 people, spread out in a convivial way between the great room, the living room, the office area and the kitchen. Everyone can find their place and enjoy the conviviality and privacy of each workstation.

It has a separate toilet with a water point. The bathroom is accessible if needed.

• The owners, a film translator and television director, will be on hand to welcome you. Discreet and available, they will do everything to make your day a pleasant one, where every detail has been thought of to make your life easier.
