Cet endroit unique a un style qui lui est propre. Anciennement une boulangerie des années 1900, l'appartement est situé dans un bâtiment historique situé au centre du 9ème arrondissement de Paris, entre les célèbres monuments de l'Opéra et de Montmartre.

Les panneaux de verre Art nouveau de la façade ainsi que le plafond en trompe-l'œil quatre saisons des agriculteurs semant des graines et récoltant du blé, ont été fabriqués à la main dans l'atelier d'un certain M. Gilbert.

This unique place has a style all its own. Formerly a 1900s bakery, the apartment is located in a historic building in the center of Paris's 9th arrondissement, between the famous Opéra and Montmartre monuments.

The Art Nouveau glass panels on the façade, and the trompe-l'oeil four-season ceiling depicting farmers sowing seeds and harvesting wheat, were handcrafted in the workshop of a certain Mr. Gilbert.

**1.** Write a short introduction that contextualizes your space: what is the neighbourhood like? What is the space’s look and feel? What are it’s main characteristics?

*Example : This house is located in the 10th disctrict of Paris (close to the Jemmapes docks). It boasts of a large atrium opening on to a 200 sqm garden not overlooked, which gives the impression of being in the countryside! This unique place in Paris is ideal for all your professional activities like workshops, seminars, events, productions…*


**2.** Describe the place in itself: How is it broken down? What furniture and equipment is included in the rental of the main work/living area.

*Example: The house is divided in 4 main areas:*
*In the basement: a gameroom + a storage room and a cloakroom*
*On the ground floor : a living room opening on the atrium with an open kitchen with all the necessary utensils for an in-house chef*
*On the first floor: a relaxation room with two small rooms for 6 to 10 pax seated*
*On the 2nd floor: you will find a meeting room with 3 oval tables seating 20 people*
