Mini loft a 50 mètre du canal saint martin réalisé dans la réhabilitation complete (2016) d'une ancienne usine de porte clés parisienne. Nous avons donc voulu garder l'âme du lieux en associant les matières brutes comme le lin, le bois , le béton ciré, la verrière parisienne qui nous rappel le passé industriel de ce bâtiment.

Mini loft 50 meters from the canal saint martin realized in the complete rehabilitation (2016) of a former Parisian key door factory. We wanted to keep the soul of the place by combining raw materials like linen, wood, waxed concrete and the Parisian glass roof that reminds us of the building's industrial past.

It boasts of a large atrium opening on to a 200 sqm garden not overlooked, which gives the impression of being in the countryside! **2.** Describe the place in itself: How is it broken down? What furniture and equipment is included in the rental of the main work/living area.

*Example: The house is divided in 4 main areas:*
*In the basement: a gameroom + a storage room and a cloakroom*
*On the ground floor : a living room opening on the atrium with an open kitchen with all the necessary utensils for an in-house chef*
*On the first floor: a relaxation room with two small rooms for 6 to 10 pax seated*
*On the 2nd floor: you will find a meeting room with 3 oval tables seating 20 people*
