Ideally located near the Parmentier and Saint-Maur (line 3) or Ménilmontant (line 2) metro stations, the apartment is in the lively Oberkampf / Ménilmontant district. Despite its central location, it offers a peaceful environment thanks to its position in a quiet courtyard, protected from the glare and noise of the street.

At the far end of the leafy courtyard, the site is accessible by vehicle, but only for dropping off equipment, as parking is not permitted. However, there is a secure pay parking lot less than 200 m away. Numerous restaurants and fast-food outlets are available nearby in Rue Oberkampf and around Ménilmontant.

The loft features a spacious 4-meter-high entrance with a small closet. The entrance leads to the large 60 m² main room, with a hard-wearing concrete floor. Under a large 12 m² glass roof is a teak table that can seat up to 10 people. Ceiling heights reach 4.50 m under the glass roof and 2.50 m in the living room and kitchen area. The living room features a large sofa with chaise longue, two armchairs and several stools. The open-plan kitchen features a large worktop, dishwasher, oven, microwave and refrigerator. Other equipment includes a Bluetooth audio system and video projector. You can also use the coffee bean machine at your convenience, and tea is also available.

Opposite the entrance is an office/bedroom adjoining the main room. This room has solid oak parquet flooring, two desks, two chairs and a double bed. It gives access to a small bathroom with WC, washbasin and walk-in shower.

A solid oak staircase leads to the first floor. Here you'll find three bedrooms and a large bathroom with WC, two washbasins, a walk-in shower and a bathtub.

The minimalist decor features several contemporary paintings and design objects.

Very discreet, but available, the hosts can be found upstairs. A real asset if you have any questions or problems, everything can be resolved quickly.

For production rentals, the entire apartment can be made available. Planters can be easily moved to suit different layouts. The main room under the glass roof is modular and can be quickly adapted to the specific needs of a filming project, for example.
