Large 170 m2 loft apartment in a former printing works designed by an architect. Place Franz Listz, near Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est stations. Very convenient for Villepinte trade shows, for example. First floor facing courtyard. Spacious, airy and high ceilings (3.50m). Sophisticated vintage decor. Large fireplace with large slate facing. Granito flooring, slate entrance. Exposed stone wall in living room. 1920s bathtub (idem Casa Mila in Barcelona) and Italian-style slate shower. In winter, underfloor heating makes the apartment very comfortable. In summer, the granito floor keeps it cool and pleasant. A large open-plan living space is at your disposal:

• entrance 9m2
• living room 35 m2 (can be arranged in various ways with 2 sofas, a large table and 3 coffee tables)
• kitchen 20 m2
• corridor 6 m2
• 2 toilets
• 2 bedrooms (17 m2 and 25 m2) can be used for small meetings. Then there's a 25 m2 workshop and the master bedroom (which can be used as a checkroom if required).

Filming and photo shoots have been carried out here in the past, but now we only accept small crews so as not to disturb our neighbors.

On the other hand, I can prepare meals on request and according to taste. I love to cook and have a lot of experience. Please note, however, that I make the same menu for everyone. However, if there are any problems, we can work together to find solutions.
