An Italian-style theater on three levels, the auditorium offers superb visibility and an exceptional stage-to-room ratio. Equipped with top-quality technical equipment, the auditorium's remarkable acoustics are widely recognized today. Capacity: 557 seats. Orchestra: 229 seats + 36 folding seats + 8 box seats / Basket: 129 seats + 27 folding seats + 6 box seats / Balcony: 111 seats + 11 folding seats The orchestra can be set up in concert configuration, where the seats give way to a pit seating around 300 people standing.

With a surface area of 80m², our rehearsal hall is ideal for training, rehearsals, workshops, auditions, acting classes...

Located on the second floor, the bar is a luminous reception area perfect for organizing breakfasts or cocktails. Capacity: 30 seated and 60 standing

The entrance hall can also be privatized for larger cocktail parties (100 people). Two wide staircases link the hall to the bar, ensuring easy circulation between the two areas.

The plot at the entrance to the theater can also be privatized for these occasions.
