Like a high-ceilinged 9eme house

Welcome to the heart of the 9th arrondissement, at the foot of Montmartre, in my apartment where you'll feel right at home.

I fell under the spell of this duplex apartment with its 3.50-meter high ceilings, like an urban country house overlooking a courtyard and sheltered by a wisteria tree.

If you want to organize creative meetings, videoconferences, screenings, business celebrations, or simply work comfortably alone or as part of a team, then this is the place for you.

It features a large living room, with a table/desk seating 6 (8 seated), 2 sofas seating 6. The kitchen opens onto the living room and has a separate area with a table seating 3-4.

I'll welcome you with a hot drink and snacks. At your request, I'll prepare an elaborate breakfast for you. Space is available in the fridge and freezer. Water (still and sparkling) is available at will and filtered directly at the source.

I'm usually on the floor just above to answer any questions you may have, and also to start your paper printouts if you need them.

And for music lovers and beginners alike, a piano and guitar are available!
