A disposition: 1  bar avec 2 chaises hautes, machine à café , bouilloire et cuisine attenante.

- une grande pièce ouverte donnant sur le jardin avec deux  bureaux avec sièges, l'imprimante , un fauteuil avec siège massant et les toilettes.

The whole is quiet, very luminous, crossing and overlooking a private south-facing flowered garden to relax or work outside with a table and 6 chairs.
