Located in one of the typical cobbled courtyards of the Faubourg Saint-Antoine, close to the Bastille, our charming house welcomes you for your meetings, seminars, events or productions. At your disposal: a 50 m2 contemporary space opening onto a 60 m2 private terrace/garden. On the first floor, the L-shaped space comprises a living room with a work table and large sofas. This extends into an open kitchen with a central island for meals. Another table can easily be added to the lounge table (shown in the photo), to seat up to ten people. The space can accommodate up to 15 people by occupying the lounge area / sofa islands. The central island can seat 6. Large bay windows open onto the terrace, providing a pleasant "countryside in Paris" feel for your spring and summer meetings. A shower room and piano are also available in the entrance hall.

Very pleasant workspace in the heart of Paris! Communication with Karine went very smoothly, and the outdoor space is just magical. A little corner of calm and greenery in the heart of the 11th arrondissement! I recommend :)
Excellent welcome from the owner. Top-notch breakfast! The house and garden are very pleasant and very quiet in a private cul-de-sac.
A perfect location for a shoot, the house is accessible and on one level, which makes unloading equipment much easier. We were shooting a food commercial, and the kitchen is really top-notch, in a way you don't find in Paris! The house is at the end of a tree-lined driveway, which gives the impression of being in the countryside, and the plus point: the large terrace for enjoying the outdoors at lunchtime or for storing equipment. Last but not least, Karin is very kind and available, which was a pleasure! We'll be back without hesitation.
