Lovely Haussmann apartment with refined design and neo-vintage decor. Very bright. Double exposure, East on the living room side and West on the kitchen and bedroom side. Superb view of the Sacré Coeur. The living room gives access to a small balcony overlooking the street (smoking only possible on the balcony). Half opposite the living room, otherwise unobstructed view.

The walls are freshly painted. The solid oak nailed parquet floor is brand new.

The apartment doesn't have a lot of furniture, as I prefer to take my time and only buy pieces I really like ;)

The dining table can open to seat 6, but I only have 5 chairs at the moment.

Located 2 steps from Gare du Nord, in the heart of Paris' Indian district. A 15-minute walk from the Canal Saint Martin, and a 20-minute walk from the Place de la République. Lots of great restaurants and bars down the rue du faubourg Saint Denis.

In the kitchen you'll find crockery and cutlery for up to 4 or 5 people. An Italian coffee maker and a kettle are available for your hot drinks. A microwave and oven for reheating your meals.
