My apartment is a reflection of me: colorful, mixed, well-kept, warm, comfortable and friendly. An apartment with a strong identity, character, design and contemporary, whether in the common areas or the bedrooms. I love beautiful things and each object is carefully selected...

A kitchen that opens onto the living room and dining room offers a fluid, pleasant flow. A hushed atmosphere with a balanced mix of wood and textiles, practical and aesthetic spaces, bathed in light with bay windows letting in the sun. South-east-west exposure.

This apartment is ideal for work or team meetings, co-working, training or sharing workshops, coaching or therapy sessions, fashion or other shoots, business breakfasts, training days, etc.

Please note: the Production Rate is calibrated for shootings and may be increased for video productions...on a case-by-case basis depending on the project.

The environment is calm, the neighborhood near the canal is pleasant and offers many places to eat. Easily accessible by public transport, close to the Goncourt, Belleville, Colonel Fabien or République metro stations. Lines 2 and 11, but only a 10-minute walk from République (lines 3/9/8/11/5) or Gare de L'Est (lines 5/4/7), or from trains.

The building is accessible via an intercom that opens 1 gate and then the front door. An elevator takes you to the 3rd floor, then the apartment is at number 53.
