Beautiful apartment refurbished by an architect in late 2022, with luxurious custom-made furnishings (walnut furniture, period parquet flooring). The main room is large and will surprise you with its high ceilings (3 meters).

It's located in the vibrant heart of Paris, just behind the Grands Boulevards and 2 steps from the Opéra. Pigalle and the Marais are only a 15-minute walk away. It's the ideal location for your business meetings or events. At the foot of the building you'll find several metro lines and, above all, a multitude of trendy restaurants and bars.

You can work on the wooden table or on the comfortable sofa or armchairs in the living room. A large TV in the bilbiothèque lets you project your presentations.

A small detail: a large mirror has been installed on the entire wall above the living room sofa to enlarge the room (in place of the picture hanging on the wall, to be kept in mind for shoots / photo shoots). It had not yet been installed when the photos were taken. It enlarges the main room. I can send you an additional photo if required.

The main room overlooks the courtyard, so it's very quiet. As a bonus, from the living room, you'll have access to a small flower-filled terrace overlooking the courtyard, ideal for getting some fresh air.
