Facing due west, the flower-filled terrace (28m²) on the 9th floor, as well as an elegant and luminous salon (25m²), a veranda (6m²) and a balcony (6m²) on the 10th floor, all overlook the city. The lights are magnificent all day long, especially at sunset.

On the west side of this through duplex are the kitchen, a toilet, a shower room and the owners' bedroom.

Please note: 2 cats occupy this apartment. They will remain in their owners' closed bedroom during the rental period. During the rental period, the owners insist on being able to come discreetly into their apartment to look after them.
