It's a 450 m2, two-storey loft in République, with a mix of spaces: a main reception room, apartment-style, to make you feel at home, and two other spaces, the Red Room and the club, for the second half of the evening. In other words, the Atelier is a multi-purpose venue, with a lounge bar that can be reserved, a restaurant that can be privatized and a room that can be rented.

**2.** Describe the place in itself: How is it broken down? What furniture and equipment is included in the rental of the main work/living area.

*Example: The house is divided in 4 main areas:*
*In the basement: a gameroom + a storage room and a cloakroom*
*On the ground floor : a living room opening on the atrium with an open kitchen with all the necessary utensils for an in-house chef*
*On the first floor: a relaxation room with two small rooms for 6 to 10 pax seated*
*On the 2nd floor: you will find a meeting room with 3 oval tables seating 20 people*
