Bright, warm and very quiet, it offers all the facilities you need to organize your professional projects.
With high ceilings (3m40), the kitchen/living room area is totally open via a central island and gives access to a 35m2 terrace planted with trees. Direct access to the kitchen and terrace provides a relaxed and peaceful atmosphere throughout your working day.
Our loft offers a cosy, atypical space optimized for meetings, video shoots and photo shoots.

The space is a 5-minute walk from the Bonne Nouvelle (lines 9 and 8) and Château d'Eau (line 4) metros, and 10 minutes from Poissonniere (line 7) or Place de la République. Nearby parking: Parking PE1 (160m) or Parking SNC Bonne nouvelle (400m)

Super lieu et on a passé un très bon moment de brainstorming et de planification; Cécile avait tout préparé (boissons chaudes, multiprises, HDMI etc) et nous avions tout pour bien travailler dans ce super cadre.
Beautiful space with large table and terrace. A bedroom and an office are also available for calls.

The space is very convivial with its small terrace planted with trees, and the interior layout is easily adapted for presentation or brainstorming meetings. Cécile was very friendly and made everything so much easier. I highly recommend her.
