Located in the heart of the 10th, rue des petites écuries (Bonne nouvelle / Château d'eau district), our loft is a real haven of peace for a day of offsite work or production.
Bright, warm and very quiet, it offers all the necessary equipment to organize your professional projects.
With a beautiful height under ceiling (3m40), the kitchen and living room space is totally open by a central island and gives access to a beautiful green terrace (35m2). The direct access to the kitchen and the terrace offers a relaxed and peaceful atmosphere throughout your working day.
Our loft offers a cosy and optimized atypical space for meetings, video shootings, shooting.

MEETING / WORKSHOP - The terrace is directly accessible to get some fresh air or to smoke. - The space is located between two courtyards, very quiet, without the noise of the street. - You will benefit from all the equipment necessary for a professional meeting: high speed wifi (fiber optic) / QLED screen + USB hub to project / 90 degree webcam to connect remotely / power strip / flip chart - Table with extension for a capacity of up to 10 people. - Dishes at disposal - A person is present in the morning to welcome you/receive your deliverers - Numerous restaurants on site or in take away less than 5 minutes from the apartment - Free coffee and tea
THE PRODUCTION - On the 1st floor with elevator - The space includes 2 rooms for the setting up of your HMC. - It is located between two courtyards, very quiet, without the noise of the street. - The furniture is easily adjustable. - The open kitchen with central island is optimal for "culinary" shootings - Possibility to open the door on the street to facilitate the loading of your equipment - Possibility of accessing the ground floor if you have equipment to store / install (extra charge)
The space is located 5 minutes walk from the Bonne Nouvelle (Line 9 and 8) and Château d'Eau (Line 4) metros and 10 minutes from Poissonniere (Line 7) or Place de la République. Nearby parking: Parking PE1 (160m) or Parking SNC Bonne nouvelle (400m)

Appartement très chaleureux et décoré avec goût. La terrasse extérieure offre le petit quelque chose en plus qui fait plaisir. Cécile a été l'hôte parfaite en étant présente et accueillante à notre arrivée aussi bien qu'elle s'est faite discrète ensuite. Tout s'est déroulé sans aucun problème pour notre tournage. On recommande :)
Un lieu tout à fait adapté pour un off-site. Bel espace modulable, très calme, confortable, bien équipé pour des sessions de réflexion, projection ou tableau blanc. Idéal pour 8 personnes. La terrasse est agréable pour prendre les pauses. Cécile est une hôte très attentive au moindre détail et aux besoins de ses convives. Service de qualité.
Tout était top : Cécile était accueillante, la salle agréable et grande, la cuisine équipée et la terrasse qui ajoute un vrai plus. Un lieu parfait pour une journée de séminaire. Je recommande !

Le cadre qu'offre l'appartement de Cécile était tout simplement parfait pour notre rendez-vous de 8 personnes. Nous avons pu trouver le calme et la tranquillité dont nous avions besoin. Cécile est une hôte en or, avec un niveau de service irréprochable ! La terrasse est également un gros plus pour s'aérer l'esprit et prendre une pause :) Merci beaucoup !
