Le lieu est divisé en 5 parties : l’entrée, composée d’un espace d’accueil avec écran plat et une petite salle de douche. Un couloir, où sont installés les WC, mène à un espace snack avec sa cuisine équipée ouverte sur le salon / salle à manger, pouvant accueillir un repas, une réception ou une réunion d’équipe.
Deux chambres viennent compléter l’ensemble, on pourra ainsi y installer les vestiaires, par exemple.

The venue is divided into 5 parts: the entrance, with a reception area featuring a flat-screen TV and a small shower room. A corridor, where the WC is located, leads to a snack area with a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the lounge/dining room, suitable for meals, receptions or team meetings.

**2.** Describe the place in itself: How is it broken down? What furniture and equipment is included in the rental of the main work/living area.

*Example: The house is divided in 4 main areas:*
*In the basement: a gameroom + a storage room and a cloakroom*
*On the ground floor : a living room opening on the atrium with an open kitchen with all the necessary utensils for an in-house chef*
*On the first floor: a relaxation room with two small rooms for 6 to 10 pax seated*
*On the 2nd floor: you will find a meeting room with 3 oval tables seating 20 people*
