Artists' loft in the Marais

This loft, very bright thanks to its double exposure on the top two floors, is located in the heart of the Marais. It can accommodate most of your requirements. Its luminosity, spaciousness, calm and decoration inspired by distant travels from the four corners of the world, will guarantee an event like no other. The space features a large living room on the first floor, a dining room that can seat up to 6 at table, and a fully-equipped kitchen. The wooden staircase leads directly up to a mezzanine that doubles as an independent office, where you'll also find a bathroom with a tiled bathtub.

Showroom, seminar, meeting, cocktail party, press conference, film shoot: your guests will be delighted. On sunny days, you can enjoy a beautiful view of Paris and the flower-filled terrace (N.B.: access to the terrace should be discussed in advance, depending on requirements).

• the rate indicated in the TOURNAGE category may vary according to the shooting project and the number of people present during the shoot.
• the rate indicated in the SHOOTING category may vary according to the number of shooting days.
• the rate indicated in the EVENT category can be adjusted if the site is used for a showroom over several days (during fashion week, for example).

Rates shown are for daytime rentals. Evening rentals until midnight are possible; in this case, a supplement per hour will be set in advance according to the nature of the rental.

The loft is equipped with multimedia facilities: flat-screen TV (with cable channels and DVD player), overhead projector and screen, high-performance fiber optics, Sonos equipment for music.
