Architect's house with interior decorated and furnished in a very warm contemporary style. The rented spaces are mainly on 3 floors: 3rd, 4th and 5th. For film shoots, 2 additional floors of rooms and the indoor pool on the ground floor are included.

On the 3rd floor - Cathedral living room with 4m high ceilings on the 3rd floor articulated around a pellet stove and a very large library type cabinet of curiosities and opened on a kitchen island fully equipped ideal for a meeting-delegation, a dinner with chef. The living room and the kitchen open onto a terrace (garden view). Video projector and work board / seminar equipment on request.

On the 4th floor - a second meeting space/summer kitchen opens onto a large terrace with a table protected from the wind and rain, and a roof top on the 5th floor of 20 m2 with a view of the Eiffel Tower and the Montparnasse tower. It is furnished with table, chairs, armchairs and sunbeds.

On the 1st and 2nd floor - second living room with large television and wifi connection for informal meetings, 2 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms included for rental for filming or photo shoots only.

On the ground floor - indoor pool with access to an outdoor Japanese patio included for rental for filming or photo shoots.
