The house is located in a tree-lined, cobbled, pedestrian cul-de-sac in the 15th arrondissement. This street is one of the most beautiful in Paris. It's like being in the country! This unique location in Paris is an ideal destination for your professional activities: offsite, seminar, workshop, production.

This 190m2 contemporary house is divided into 4 floors: basement, first floor, 1st floor and 2nd floor.

The first floor features

• a bedroom with changing facilities (for production-type bookings)
• a bathroom with toilet The other bedrooms and bathrooms in the house are not available.

On the second floor you'll find

• a dining room with large bay windows and a large table that can seat 10 people for a seated meeting. A large white wall opposite the table enables content to be projected.
• a kitchen opening onto the dining room, with a large bar for breakfasts and breaks
• guest toilets and a dressing room to hang your coats.

The second floor features

• a 50m2 cathedral lounge with over 5m ceilings, two desks and seating for 10 guests on sofas and armchairs. This room is equipped with a TV and presentation equipment, as well as a flipchart. The flipchart can also be set up in the kitchen.
