et fait face à un bâtiment historique. Elle est située dans une rue calme entre la rue de bretagne et le carreau du temple, avec de nombreux restaurants autour.Son ambiance est chic et chaleureuse, avec ses murs en pierres apparentes et son plafond en bois.
C'est un lieu idéal pour des sessions de travail en groupe, des rencontres presse, des shootings, ou des lancements de produits.

The Gallery is the Designer's working and exhibition space.
facing a historic building. It is located in a quiet street between the rue de bretagne and the carreau du temple, with many restaurants in the vicinity.the atmosphere is chic and warm, with exposed stone walls and a wooden ceiling.
It's an ideal venue for group work sessions, press meetings, photo shoots or product launches.

In order to help your clients picture themselves et your space, we strongly encourage you to  structure your description as follows:

**1.** Write a short introduction that contextualizes your space: what is the neighbourhood like? What is the space’s look and feel? What are it’s main characteristics?

*Example : This house is located in the 10th disctrict of Paris (close to the Jemmapes docks). It boasts of a large atrium opening on to a 200 sqm garden not overlooked, which gives the impression of being in the countryside! This unique place in Paris is ideal for all your professional activities like workshops, seminars, events, productions…*


**2.** Describe the place in itself: How is it broken down? What furniture and equipment is included in the rental of the main work/living area.

*Example: The house is divided in 4 main areas:*
*In the basement: a gameroom + a storage room and a cloakroom*
*On the ground floor : a living room opening on the atrium with an open kitchen with all the necessary utensils for an in-house chef*
*On the first floor: a relaxation room with two small rooms for 6 to 10 pax seated*
*On the 2nd floor: you will find a meeting room with 3 oval tables seating 20 people*
