PAS ADAPTÉ POUR UNE PRODUCTION ! Une personne est restée sur place toute la durée de production à faire des machines à laver, repasser et occuper la chambre bébé. Conditions d’accès au logement annoncée la veille : ne monter et descendre que par groupe de 3 maximum sous prétexte que les proprios de la copropriété n’e sont pas cool… ingérable lors d’une production mais nous nous y sommes soumis. Nous avons dépassé le nombre de personnes autorisées en fin de journée de tournage. Je reconnais ça… La propriétaire qui nous surveillait via la vidéo surveillance m’a appelée totalement hystérique. L’appartement a été rendu à l’heure sans aucun dommage, pas une seule cuillère dans l’évier puisque nous avions engagé une prestataire chargé de l’entretien tout au long du tournage. L’employée sur place a validé notre départ avec un état des lieux oral conforme. Mais pour se venger, la propriétaire a bloqué la caution en intégralité prétextant 15h de ménage et le nettoyage d’une pseudo tache invisible sur sa photo sur son canapé blanc immaculé! C’est la première fois en 14 ans d’activité et de production dans diverses locations que je vis une aussi mauvaise expérience.
Anna's apartment is great, it's spacious, bright, there's nothing to say about it. We recommend it! On the other hand, it's best for small shoots of up to ten people. We had to deal with a person who was stressed following a previous production that went badly for her. She threatened to cancel the rental 5 days before our shoot, which added a mental burden to our production...
Anna's apartment is great! Very spacious, the rooms are big enough to set up perfectly for a shoot. Anna is also very easy to work with, and I can't recommend her highly enough.

It is preferable not to book. We confirm that we unfortunately broke the radiator fasteners but nothing else.
