La lumière, naturelle et traversante (exposition Nord et Sud) de notre appartement en fait un lieu idéal pour des réunions de travail ou des projets créatifs et artistiques (shooting, tournage etc..)

Notre table accueille jusqu'à 6 personnes. Notre appartement contient tous les équipements modernes dont vous avez besoin (Fibre, Machine à café, tireuse à bière Philipps etc...)

Une cuisine ouverte est à votre disposition avec tous les équipements. Nous offrons également le café. 

La rue Nollet est une rue calme et charmante, mais à proximité de nombreux restaurants et cafés. Vous serez à seulement quelques minutes à pied des principales lignes de transports en commun.

Located in the heart of the Batignolles district, our apartment offers a breathtaking view of the Eiffel Tower. The apartment's natural, through-lighting (north and south exposure) makes it ideal for business meetings or creative and artistic projects (shooting, filming, etc.).

Our table seats up to 6 people. Our apartment contains all the modern equipment you need (fiber, coffee machine, Philipps beer dispenser, etc.).

An open kitchen is at your disposal with all the equipment. We also offer coffee.

Rue Nollet is a quiet, charming street, yet close to many restaurants and cafés. You'll be just a few minutes' walk from the main public transport links.

In order to help your clients picture themselves et your space, we strongly encourage you to  structure your description as follows:

**1.** Write a short introduction that contextualizes your space: what is the neighbourhood like? What is the space’s look and feel? What are it’s main characteristics?

*Example : This house is located in the 10th disctrict of Paris (close to the Jemmapes docks). It boasts of a large atrium opening on to a 200 sqm garden not overlooked, which gives the impression of being in the countryside! This unique place in Paris is ideal for all your professional activities like workshops, seminars, events, productions…*


**2.** Describe the place in itself: How is it broken down? What furniture and equipment is included in the rental of the main work/living area.

*Example: The house is divided in 4 main areas:*
*In the basement: a gameroom + a storage room and a cloakroom*
*On the ground floor : a living room opening on the atrium with an open kitchen with all the necessary utensils for an in-house chef*
*On the first floor: a relaxation room with two small rooms for 6 to 10 pax seated*
*On the 2nd floor: you will find a meeting room with 3 oval tables seating 20 people*
