Our warm, graphic and contemporary apartment is ideally located near Parc Monceau and metro lines 2 and 3.
The bright, quiet living room opens onto a balcony, ideal for working, and the fully-equipped kitchen is at your disposal.
The 29m2 living room includes
- a large 190X90cm table with 6 chairs and extension cords (plugs and USB) to connect your equipment,
- a large 4-seater sofa, a small 2-seater sofa and 2 poufs grouped around the coffee tables,
- a TV on which you can project your Airplay presentations.
We can place the large sofa facing the TV or perpendicular to it. Please let us know what you prefer, and we'll prepare the living room according to your wishes.
You'll benefit from a balcony lined with flowers.
You can use the 11m2 kitchen and its equipment (part of the fridge, hob, microwave, Nespresso, kettle...) to prepare or reheat your meals. The kitchen table (65x90cm) seats 3. The kitchen is separated by a door and can be used as a brainstorming space for 3.
Entrance dressing room for clothes. Separate toilet with hand-washer.
The decor is colorful and cheerful, with a few objets d'art (rather street art;-)) and quality furniture. The pictures rotate, so don't hesitate to tell us which ones you prefer or if you'd like them removed. Only the very large photo in the background of the table cannot be moved.
We often work on site in our respective offices and will be happy to help you if required.
Daily rental 9am - 6pm. Some dates we can be more flexible, please contact us before booking.
In the neighborhood, for your meals, there's plenty of choice: Cojean, bakeries, brasseries, pizzerias, Japanese restaurants, Swedish restaurants, Picard, Lenôtre, Franprix...

Very warm welcome from Stéphanie
The team and I were delighted to work with Stéphanie, who was a welcoming, available and attentive host. She and her husband were on site, themselves telecommuting from their office at the back of the apartment. This didn't bother us at all, as they were available while being extremely discreet: we had the impression of having a completely independent space (living room/balcony/kitchen/toilet). We also really appreciated all the little details that made the ride an experience on a par with a professional service: coffee capsules available, a bottle of water for the group, printed wifi codes with QR codes and power strips laid out on the work table...and even little nougats, which were top-notch! The apartment itself was impeccable, nothing to complain about, it's as beautiful as it looks in the photos. We enjoyed the street art decor and the sunny balcony during our breaks :) Also, there were 6 of us on the internet connection, so we didn't experience any slowdowns, which made for a very productive day.
