Situé dans le 18ème, rue du Square Carpeaux (quartier Lamarck - Damrémont), notre atelier est un lieu que nous avons voulu confortable, chaleureux, décontracté dont vous pourrez profiter pour une journée de travail off site ou de production photos.

Lumineux et au calme, l'atelier offre un espace salon avec une hauteur sous plafond de 6 mètres avec une grande fenêtre verrière, un accès direct à la cuisine ouverte. Un mélange de jolies pièces vintage de Designers et d'objets chinés lui donne une ambiance inspirante pour une journée de travail.

C'est un endroit de vie atypique que nous mettons à votre disposition pour vos réunions. L'espace est composé d'une pièce à vivre avec salon, salle à manger, cuisine ouverte. Vous avez également à disposition une salle de bain avec baignoire à pied.

L’espace est accessible par le bus ( 95 et 31) ou le métro Lamarck Caulaincourt 
(Ligne 12) ou Guy Moquet ( Ligne 13). Possibilité de se garer facilement rue du Square Carpeaux.

Located in the 18th arrondissement, rue du Square Carpeaux (Lamarck - Damrémont district), our workshop is a comfortable, warm and relaxed place where you can enjoy a day of off-site work or photo production.

Bright and quiet, the studio features a 6-meter high living room with a large skylight and direct access to the open kitchen. A mix of vintage designer pieces and antique objects provides an inspiring atmosphere for a day's work.

It's an atypical living space that we make available to you for your meetings. The space comprises a living room, dining room and open-plan kitchen. There's also a bathroom with walk-in bath.

The space is accessible by bus ( 95 and 31) or metro Lamarck Caulaincourt
(Line 12) or Guy Moquet (Line 13). Easy parking on rue du Square Carpeaux.

**1.** Write a short introduction that contextualizes your space: what is the neighbourhood like? What is the space’s look and feel? What are it’s main characteristics?

*Example : This house is located in the 10th disctrict of Paris (close to the Jemmapes docks). It boasts of a large atrium opening on to a 200 sqm garden not overlooked, which gives the impression of being in the countryside! This unique place in Paris is ideal for all your professional activities like workshops, seminars, events, productions…*


**2.** Describe the place in itself: How is it broken down? What furniture and equipment is included in the rental of the main work/living area.

*Example: The house is divided in 4 main areas:*
*In the basement: a gameroom + a storage room and a cloakroom*
*On the ground floor : a living room opening on the atrium with an open kitchen with all the necessary utensils for an in-house chef*
*On the first floor: a relaxation room with two small rooms for 6 to 10 pax seated*
*On the 2nd floor: you will find a meeting room with 3 oval tables seating 20 people*
