In the pulsating heart of Paris, our Loft bears the imprint of a bygone era. Back in 1700, these walls housed a hosiery factory, a symbol of elegance for the Parisian bourgeoisie. Today, this historic site has been transformed into a unique meeting space, where old-world craftsmanship meets contemporary refinement under the direction of architect Dario Mucceda.

Enter an apartment bathed in natural light, thanks to its immense bay windows almost 4 meters high. The bright, airy ambience will stimulate your team's creativity and concentration. The large, flexible 45 m² room is ideal for meetings, presentations and workshops, in a warm and inspiring atmosphere (bathroom & bedroom not accessible). Everything is done to make your teams feel at home.

Push open the doors to our 25 m² terrace, a true invitation to serenity in the heart of Paris. This oasis of greenery, nestled among the Parisian rooftops, is the ideal place for moments of relaxation or informal exchanges, far from the noise of the city. A true cocoon for you and your teams.

Accessibility Located in the Montorgueil district, our meeting space benefits from unrivalled accessibility from the 4 main Paris train stations. Nearby, several metro lines and the RER provide quick and easy access to the whole of the capital. The Sentier (line 3), Réaumur-Sébastopol (lines 3 and 4) and Étienne Marcel (line 4) metro stations are all within walking distance, making the space particularly convenient for participants from different parts of Paris. The Châtelet RER station is a 7-minute walk away.

Optional extras to be booked in addition to your rental:

• Hot/cold drinks
• Paper board
• Groups of 6 or more: 25 euros/person for groups of 6 or more. No refund if fewer people on arrival.
• Receipt of a delivery outside your rental hours billed at €15 excluding VAT (work phone, etc.).
• Weekends: on Saturdays and Sundays, the rate is multiplied by 3.

IMPORTANT: Please respect your rental hours. As a result of numerous abuses, any overrun, even by a few minutes, will be billed at 95 euros per hour. Please be vigilant about the end time. In compliance with the condominium by-laws, we do not allow any commercial activity, i.e. receiving customers to sell them products. Finally, unauthorized photo shoots or production will be pursued without prior agreement.
