Located just a few minutes from Guy Moquet, this atypical 100m² space is open and bright, with a tasteful decor, and is the ideal environment for all work, creation or production activities, thanks to its layout and mezzanine which allows different shots.

The loft features a large open kitchen with a central island opening onto the living room, a beautiful dining room with a table that can seat up to 8 people, and a lovely bathroom with bathtub.

This is the apartment where we live, and it's a quiet place with very high ceilings (4.5 m).

All rooms have large windows. The floor upstairs is carpeted, so no shoes, while the ground floor is parquet. The inflatable double bed on the first floor can be removed to make the entire sofa available.

The apartment was completely repainted 1 year ago, and is decorated in light tones with touches of color and lots of plants.
The apartment is easily accessible, on the 5th floor with elevator. I'm available for more information, and can be there to lend a hand on the big day, if I'm notified in advance.
