This 80s-era apartment is convivial, vintage and faded, with wood and concrete painted white. It's ideal for business meetings, meetings and quiet work, alone or with others. One or two walls, 6m high and 5m long, can be made available for hanging or projection, although works of art in progress are normally hung here. A 2-seater sofa and 3 armchairs surround a coffee table and work surface that can be moved around the space as required. An internet-connected computer is at your disposal, as well as a sound amplifier.

The kitchen, with its walls decorated with contemporary works of art, is equipped with a 6-seat dining table. It overlooks the studio, offering a bird's-eye view, and opens onto a small balcony and green space.

The north-facing studio is cool in summer. You have access to a small, very quiet garden area where a table can be set up.
