Close to the Saint-Lazare train station or the Place de Clichy, this villa is a confidential place of creation and innovation of 150 m² for your trainings or your collaborative projects. You will appreciate the quality and the values of this completely renovated workshop. Recently opened, its intention is to encourage the blossoming and development of your creative processes whatever your field of activity.

High speed WIFI, 2 video-projectors, 2 paperboards, electrical outlets, photocopying, microwave, water fountain, daylight and relaxation area... Everything is at your disposal for the smooth running of your event in our establishment. Our tables and their modularity will allow you to make different configurations for the development of your event.

The spaces that can be reserved : - Room of the Stick of Speech: 22 m² (22 sq. ft.) - Room of the Creators: 40 m² (430 sq ft) - Salle de la Verrière : 35 m² (reception area including an open kitchen) - A private office: 14 m² (14 sq. ft.) - A terrace of 35 m² for 12 people (optional fee of 90 € ht / day for your lunch - except after 7pm and on weekends) - The entire place : 150 m² in order to benefit from a great mobility.
