Le salon est trés spacieux et pratique, il est fourni des plusieurs multiprises d'un bon systeme stereo et on peut agrandir la table si on le souhaite, et la cuisine juste à coté peut servir de pause café cigarette. Je suis aussi chef d'une societé de traiteur (cusine italienne), donc je serais ravie de m'occuper de vos dejeuners/petit dejeuner ou juste petit encas pendant les heures de travail. Le salon, ainsi que la cuisine et le toilette sont à votre entiere disposition.

Hello, my name is Costanza, I'm from Bologna (Italy); my apartment is located between the Parc de la Villette and the Canal de l'Ourq. It's ideal for a stroll or an aperitif along the water or in the park after work. The living room is very spacious and practical, with several power strips and a good stereo system, and you can extend the table if you wish, and the kitchen next door can be used for a coffee and cigarette break. I'm also head of a catering company (Italian cuisine), so I'd be delighted to take care of your lunches/breakfasts or just small snacks during working hours. The living room, kitchen and toilet are at your disposal.

**2.** Describe the place in itself: How is it broken down? What furniture and equipment is included in the rental of the main work/living area.

*Example: The house is divided in 4 main areas:*
*In the basement: a gameroom + a storage room and a cloakroom*
*On the ground floor : a living room opening on the atrium with an open kitchen with all the necessary utensils for an in-house chef*
*On the first floor: a relaxation room with two small rooms for 6 to 10 pax seated*
