Discover our atypical space, a versatile photography studio, perfectly adapted to your professional needs. Whether for photo shoots, meetings, training courses, exhibitions or showrooms, our space is designed to meet all your requirements. We're here to support you and study the feasibility of your projects, whatever your expectations.

Our studio includes a spacious main room of around 35 square meters, offering a bright and inspiring environment. In addition, you have access to a fully equipped kitchen and a small 10m2 office, ideal for co-working sessions or private meetings. There's also a small outdoor terrace where you can enjoy the great outdoors, admiring the Parisian setting.

Please note that rates for weekend bookings are subject to a 50% surcharge, in line with our pricing policy. Although the website does not display specific rates for these days, please allow for this surcharge when booking.

**1.** Write a short introduction that contextualizes your space: what is the neighbourhood like? What is the space’s look and feel? What are it’s main characteristics?

It boasts of a large atrium opening on to a 200 sqm garden not overlooked, which gives the impression of being in the countryside! **2.** Describe the place in itself: How is it broken down? What furniture and equipment is included in the rental of the main work/living area.

*Example: The house is divided in 4 main areas:*
*In the basement: a gameroom + a storage room and a cloakroom*
*On the ground floor : a living room opening on the atrium with an open kitchen with all the necessary utensils for an in-house chef*
*On the first floor: a relaxation room with two small rooms for 6 to 10 pax seated*
*On the 2nd floor: you will find a meeting room with 3 oval tables seating 20 people*
