First of all, the address: we're located literally under the national emblem: the Eiffel Tower.
Then there's the food and wine: we want to showcase French cuisine and the diversity of its wines. Chef Stéphanie Moquet (ex-Ferrandi, with a background in Michelin-starred restaurants) is at the helm in the kitchen.
Finally, the atmosphere: Francette is a tribute to the France liner, which operated Transatlantic cruises in the 60s. This "paguebot" spirit is precisely what drives this place: 3 floors, 3 concepts for 3 different atmospheres.

0 ⇒ At the water's edge: the "Chez Francette" restaurant, with its à la carte French bistronomic cuisine.
+1 ⇒ "Le Penthouse" with "Assiettes à partager" in summer and "cocottes" in winter. Two large terraces with probably the best view in Paris. Inside, under a glass roof with a view of the Eiffel Tower, a bar/counter open from morning to night.
