The space
Sublime apartment on 2 levels of 180 m2 near the Place de la Nation.
The first level hosts 3 bedrooms including a master suite with a bathroom with bathtub in a modern rustic wooded atmosphere. The upper level is 100 m2 under a cathedral ceiling of 4m which opens onto a small green terrace.
This vast and luminous living room, with an art fireplace, raw woods and fabrics, is a bubble of oxygen enhanced by the presence of a real conifer. Like a secret garden perched on the roofs of Paris.
Between softness and vegetation, an inspiring and serene atmosphere perfect for all activities of work, well-being, reflection and/or sharing. In the evening, its different lights create a soft and calm place that you can dress with music.
The kitchen area with island and Lacanche gastronome piano can host bartending or culinary courses. Nespresso coffees with different capsule sizes, tea, herbal teas and dried fruits are available.
The capacity of the place is 20 for meetings and 35 for events.
In production format, if there are more than 10 people, the daily rate is 2 000€ HT
