Lover of art, culture and style, here is a centennial place of French art and cinema with the former workshops of the projectors of the Pathé and Gaumont cinemas.

Today, now a modern 4-storey residence in the "Eiffel" style, our top floor loft is located 50m from the Pyrenees metro station with access at the back of the courtyard. Our loft will give you one of the highest views of all Paris on its Belleville/Pyrénée hill. The interior is crossing and luminous with large bay windows of 6x2,2 meters.

An access allows you to access the outside with our large rooftop of more than 100m². This totally open and flowered space with a 360° panoramic view of Paris is already fitted out for your convenience:
